A picnic in April

Back at the beginning of April, Nick and some friends went down town to the city's white water park. Hunter and I decided to go and take a picnic. We had a lot of fun watching daddy!!! Hunter loves watching Nick kayak in his boat. While Hunter was watching him, I had to capture several "Hunter faces" Enjoy our day outside!!!

I've been wanting to save pictures form my phone, but when I don't have Internet on it, I can't. Thanks to my mom, I was able to send her some pictures and she could save them and send them to me. Here are pictures of Hunter from the last 18 months of his life.

Not much to report here. He is busy as a bee. Now says 'Where are you', 'Thank You', "BYE"-when he wants you to leave him by himself, and a few other words. He love setting the table, putting away the toilet paper rolls, and dumping the bathroom trash cans in the the big garbage.

Nick and I are busy working and cashing Hunter. We only have 18 weeks left until we get to meet our next little boy. Man how time flys!!!

18 Months

Hunter at 18 months! Weighs in at almost 24lbs, and is 33.25 inches tall!!! He's getting so big. He like to help empty trash cans, put away rolls of toilet paper, help set the table, and love to help you cook food on the stove. He's learning about posing for pictures. So enjoy a few poses.

Mama and Hunter

It was a nice day, so we went out back to water some plants. He, of course, found the dirt to play in. Must be a boy. He had fun running and trying to eat the water out of the hose, and the would try to "rake" the leaves with the big rake. I love how he tries to help out when he can.

The happenings of Hunter

The New Year!

It's been a little while since I've last posted. Life has been crazy and very busy. Christmas was busy, but Hunter sure loved getting new toys. January, Hunter has grown in leaps and bounds. He's learned how to climb up the park equipment and has learned how to go down the slide many different ways. He really loves going down superman style! He can stand on one leg, says more words: ball, all done I did it, amen, and many more. He loves being outside where it's sunny or snowing. He has finally gotten into wanted to read books. We will read all of his books many time while sitting on our laps. We love it because he;s starting to tell us what is going on on each page. Hunter sure has been learning about and we love it.

The next couple pictures, Hunter started to wonder around the park. He found that there were leaves he could play in, and run to his hearts content. When he starts to run, he gets ahead of himself and always trips, so enjoy that picture. The third one is me carrying him way. He wasn't to thrilled with it.

Last week I was following Hunter around. He likes when mom and dad are very close by. I love over what he was doing. He had taken his pretzels and sippy cup and placed the in a row on our fireplace wall. I tried to get a picture of what he had done, but he kept stepping in and wanting his picture taken with his accomplishment.

Hunter loves boxes. I was able to snap a shot of him sitting in one.

He loves to put as many toys in with him and sit on all of them.

The other day, we finally went to go buy Hunter his very own chair. He has loved it ever since. This was taken the first day we had it. We were watching "Cars" (of course) and eating his snacks. Now he like to read his books while sitting in HIS chair. He also figured out that if he turns the chair over, he can slide down it. I love his creative mind!!!

Hunter has started to pay in his cupboard again. He'll take his flash light and close both doors.

The other day while I was vaccuming, he sat in there the whole time.

I love that he's not afraid to play in the dark.

Nick and I ave stayed busy with Hunter. We are expecting baby #2 this July, so we are very happy. Work and home is keeping us going and on our toes. Can't wait to see what this new year has to offer us!!!
