The lastest happenings

November was a fun month for us at our house. This year Hunter was able to help us rake up our leaves in the back yard. He had a blast! He helped dad rake the leaves and then we all played in them.

The weekend end before Thanksgiving, we always go and cut our tree. We do it than because there is usually less snow. This year, we ended up taking my car (which doesn't have 4 wheel drive, just chains). We only made it up about 1/4 mile in my car, and had to hike in about another mile of so. We were unprepared for this, so Hunter got to ride on Dad's shoulder's while we hiked. Hunter would tell us everything he would see. We even saw a buck run in front of us. Once we found our tree, we had to cut it. Hunter moved to my shoulder, and dad cut the tree. As soon as the tree fell "Ah Oh!" Ame out of Hunter's mouth. All the way back to the car he would look at the tree and say, "Ah Oh!" of "Oh No!" It was cute and fun. Once back at the car, we let Hunter run around in the snow. He loved it until he found a slight ditch on the side of the road. And as good parents, we did what any parent would do: we documented the fall and the after math! Enjoy!!
